1. General Conditions
Refunds are available under limited circumstances and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service, type of request, and third-party involvement (such as embassies or immigration offices).
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once payment has been made:

Visa application fees paid to embassies or third-party processors

Government or consular charges

Processing fees for services already initiated

Flight tickets or hotel bookings marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
3. Partial Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

Your request is cancelled before submission to the embassy or third party

Documentation is incomplete and the process hasn’t officially begun

NASINCO is unable to proceed due to unforeseen internal issues
Note: Administrative charges may apply before refunding any portion of a payment.
4. Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to nasinco78tr@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction or service initiation. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for consideration.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method, unless stated otherwise.
